Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for shipment. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Celeste is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order once it reaches your destination country.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delayed or Lost Orders
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@celeste.com, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
Celeste is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Celeste is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
